Software Developer (Secret Cleared) – Stafford, VA Position is contingent upon additional funding. This role supports a program that provides application design, development, enhancement, and implementation support to mission‑critical law‑enforcement applications. The applications manage large data sets and indexes and support data analysis, electronic exchange, and investigative collaboration. Primary Functions Design and develop testable code using C#, HTML, Blazor, and Entity Framework. Develop and maintain unit and integration tests. Actively participate in Agile sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint demonstrations. Required Skills US citizen with an active Secret clearance. 1+ year(s) of software development experience, preferably with C# and .NET. Experience developing unit tests with NUnit, xUnit, or similar frameworks. Relational database design and development experience, preferably using SQL Server. Experience developing web‑based applications with HTML and CSS. Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs. Experience working on an Agile team using Scrum, XP, Kanban, or similar methodologies. Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail, critical‑thinking, and troubleshooting ability. Desire to work collaboratively within a team‑focused environment. Desired Skills Experience with component‑based frameworks such as Blazor, Angular, or React. Experience with AWS or Azure services and cloud technologies. Knowledge of DevOps practices and continuous improvement. Experience with Docker, containers, and Kubernetes or other orchestration technologies. Knowledge of BDD or TDD. Compensation Salary range: $70,000 – $85,000. Benefits Standard federal employment benefits are provided as applicable.
