Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a third party logistics company. This customer holds the inventory for an appliance retail company and is responsible for delivery and installation of the appliances in customer’s residential homes. The Customer Service team is responsible for answering calls and emails from customers who are expecting delivery and installations of these appliance. In this role, you will provide customers updates on the status of their order, work with the drivers to reschedule deliveries when needed, and resolve customer escalations on issues with their order such as missing or damaged parts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure that we deliver on our promise of outstanding service. You’ll work with customers, business partners and drivers to make sure we are meeting our commitments and delighting our customers at every step of the experience.

Day-to-day:

• Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email

• Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues

• Monitor progress of delivery routes

• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps

• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders

Pay rate: 18-18.50/hr.

Shift: 12 PM – 8:30 PM with Tuesday and Wednesday off (working days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

Skills and Requirements

• 1-year of customer service experience preferably within the logistics, supply chain or warehouse industry

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations Bilingual – Spanish and English
