Weekly Pay $2178 - $2378 Shift Shift 8 Hour Day Shifts Per Week 5 Scheduled Hours 40 Start Date 08/03/2026 End Date 11/07/2026 Duration 13 Week(s) Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Job Description The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will evaluate and treat adult patients with communication and swallowing disorders in an outpatient setting. The role requires expertise in various domains such as language, cognition, dysphagia, brain injuries, apraxia of speech, voice disorders, and Parkinson's disease, with some exposure to pediatric cases being preferred. Responsibilities Perform evaluations and provide treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders. Conduct dysphagia assessments and implement appropriate swallowing therapy. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care and progress. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress. Document all therapy services in accordance with facility policies. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of adult outpatient experience is required. BLS Certification. MI State License for Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certification. Preferred: Experience with language, cognition, dysphagia, brain injuries, apraxia of speech, and voice disorders.
