Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Current and valid School Psychologist credential (California PPS Credential)
• Experience providing psychological assessments and interventions for K-12 students
• Knowledge of IEP process, special education law, and evidence-based counseling strategies
• Skilled at developing strong relationships with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage caseload and prioritize tasks independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational and psychological assessments for students referred for evaluation
• Deliver individual and group counseling services as outlined by student support plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of measurable goals
• Consult with teachers and parents to support academic, social, and behavioral development
• Collaborate on interventions and strategies that foster inclusive, safe learning environments
• Document evaluations, services, and communications in compliance with regulatory standards
• Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and provide support for school-wide initiatives
