Endoluminal Sales Associate
Intuitive Surgical
Sales associate supporting early adoption of the ION endoluminal platform for minimally invasive lung biopsy procedures. Role involves procedural support, training coordination, and collaboration with hospital staff and physicians to integrate the system at new customer sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide procedural support to new users progressing through their learning curves
- Coordinate training activities including in-services, labs, and first case series
- Develop clinical expertise in pulmonary oncology and become a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with ESRs and hospital staff on system integration plans at new sites
- Capture procedural data and manage administrative tasks including SFDC and expense reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years sales experience
- Proven track record of achievement and leadership
- Ability to manage complexity in changing environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 60% near major airline hub
- Pulmonology/bronchoscopy knowledge preferred
