Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join The Joint Chiropractic as a part‑time Wellness Coordinator. The role involves selling memberships, managing patient flow, and providing outstanding customer service. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. & Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. Compensation: $14 per hour plus bonus potential. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (GED). At least one year of sales experience. Strong phone and computer skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize. Experience with point‑of‑sale software preferred. Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Positive, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented attitude. Essential Responsibilities Provide excellent service to members and patients. Drive membership sales to meet sales goals. Greet members and patients, check in for appointments. Answer phone calls and re‑engage inactive members. Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic. Present and sell memberships and visit packages confidently. Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies. Support team goals and build positive relationships with teammates. Show willingness to learn and grow; accept constructive criticism. Possess office management or marketing experience as a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
