We are looking for a Physical Therapist to work at our sites in our West Region. You will be floating between Belle Plaine, Chaska, and Waconia! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. No productivity requirements! Bonus: $5,000 Location: West Region: Belle Plaine, Chaska, and Waconia/ph3Physical Therapist Responsibilities:/h3ulliAssess Diagnose: Evaluate patients physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans./liliDevelop Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient./liliProvide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed./liliEducate Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety.
