Position Summary: The Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing warehouse inventory, material movement, and internal transfers to support production operations. This role ensures accurate tracking of goods received, shipped, and stored, while maintaining compliance with company procedures and quality standards. The position requires strong analytical skills to monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies, and support supply chain operations. Duties / Responsibilities: Manage material movement within the warehouse and internal transfers with accuracy and timeliness Track receiving discrepancies, shipping activities, and internal material movements Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and material destruction orders (MDO) Investigate inventory discrepancies, including job variances and negative inventory Perform stock sweeps and assist with physical cycle counts Support month-end financial close activities Maintain departmental metrics and generate reports as required Utilize warehouse/material management systems to track and analyze inventory data Research historical inventory data and provide insights for business needs Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of documentationHandle and manage dangerous goods in compliance with safety standards Follow Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and report incidents or risks Participate in required training programs and maintain compliance with SOPs and Quality Systems Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to safety procedures Perform additional duties as assigned Job Title: Logistics Analyst Location: 1915 Hurd Drive, Irving, TX 75038 Duration: 12 months Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Pay Range: $27 - $29 per hour (W2) Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM We are seeking a “Logistics Analyst” to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
