Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location: Aurora, CO

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7 PM - 7 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Telemetry to join our team. This role requires providing care to a diverse patient population, particularly in cardiac telemetry settings, while being adaptable to float across various units as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients with telemetry needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatments.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies as prescribed.
• Document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care telemetry hospital experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong telemetry experience preferred.
• Chemo certification is a plus.
