Supervise and manage security staff Perform Security Officer duties when needed Implement and enforce security procedures Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities Train Security Officers and Shift Leads Communicate with operations management Conduct inspections and manage staff sign?in/out Assist with payroll and personnel management
