We are seeking a Infor WFM Developer to join our team. This role will involve designing, enhancing, and supporting workforce management solutions using Infor WorkBrain . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Infor WFM development, deep functional understanding of workforce management modules, and a passion for building scalable, efficient labor management solutions.

Job Description:


The Infor WFM Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting workforce management solutions using Infor WorkBrain. As an Infor WFM Developer , you will work closely with business and technical teams to translate workforce requirements into system configurations and custom code. The Infor WFM Developer will analyze existing customizations, document enhancements, and ensure system stability. This Infor WFM Developer role requires strong technical expertise in WorkBrain, SQL, and system integrations. The Infor WFM Developer will also support reporting, data migration, and ongoing enhancements within the Infor WFM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions as an Infor WFM Developer using Infor WorkBrain.
• Configure and support core Infor WFM modules including Time & Attendance, Labor Forecasting, Scheduling Optimization, and Clocks.
• Analyze existing custom code, document enhancements, and implement improvements.
• Develop and manage custom interfaces and system integrations.
• Create, modify, and maintain operational and analytical reports.
• Support data migration and functionality transitions from legacy systems into Infor WFM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver workforce solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience as an Infor WFM Developer working specifically with Infor WorkBrain .
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Infor WFM Time and Attendance.
• 3+ years of experience with Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization.
• 3+ years of experience managing Employee Availability, Shift Management, and Labor Budgeting.
• 3+ years of experience working with Workforce Clocks and related integrations.
• 3+ years of experience developing and supporting custom interfaces and integrations.
• 3+ years of experience creating and maintaining custom reports.
• Strong SQL experience (3+ years) for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data migration into Infor WFM is a strong advantage .
