Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver - Paid Training Provided APEX, NC Job Description: Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role focuses on helping individuals build independence, develop job skills, and participate in their community. Responsibilities: Provide support with daily activities and job tasks Encourage independence and skill development Build positive relationships Assist with transportation and community involvement Complete basic documentation Requirements: 18+ years old High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Pass background and driving checks $1,000 signing bonus (paid over time) Weekly pay Paid training Benefits available (based on hours worked) Abound Health is an equal opportunity employer.
