We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join our team in Philadelphia, United States. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, focusing on expanding our commercial insurance business in the Pennsylvania market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new commercial insurance clients in the PA market
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and recommend appropriate insurance solutions to meet clients' needs
- Collaborate with clients and prospects to design customized insurance programs
- Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the commercial insurance sector
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Utilize CRM software to manage client information and track sales activities
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, risk management, and the Pennsylvania insurance market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets
- Ability to analyze complex risks and develop tailored insurance solutions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Additional insurance certifications such as CPCU or CIC are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the Pennsylvania market as needed
- Adaptability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities
