Employment Type: Full Time (in-Person)
Pay: $16-$18 hourly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Report to: Property Management Director

The Scope of Work
- Obtain bids from vendors for Property Managers
- Property Inspections
- Place marketing signs; check keys
- Customer followups via phone, email, or text
- Assist in HOA Annual Meeting Mailing Preparation
- Assist with property unit turns
- Complying with company standards and applicable laws, e.g., Fair Housing, Landlord Tenant Act
- Daily shadowing/training with property managers
- Participate in projects assigned by Property Management Director
- Assist with errands as needed outside of the office
- Additional tasks as assigned

- Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism.
- Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.
- Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve.

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
