Position SummaryWe are a growing, lean property management company seeking a detail-oriented and accountable professional to help lead our financial operations across a 1,000+ unit portfolio.This role will oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, cash management, and overall financial organization across multiple properties and entities. The right candidate will work closely with ownership and operations to support performance, improve processes, and help drive scalable growth. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial OperationsManage payables, receivables, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial reportingOversee month-end/year-end close and maintain accurate financial recordsProperty & Portfolio AccountingMaintain property financials within AppFolioTrack expenses, property performance, loans, and construction drawsSupport onboarding of new properties and entitiesSystems & Operational SupportImprove processes, reporting, and financial organization across the companySupport ownership and operations teams with financial visibility and reportingIdeal Background2+ Years of Accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations experienceReal estate or property management experience preferredAppFolio and strong Excel proficiency preferredOrganized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
