In this role, you'll help keep products moving efficiently through receiving, inventory, assembly, packing, and shipping while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, store, and organize incoming materials and products.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and material tracking.
• Load, unload, and move products safely throughout the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse and production equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support assembly, packaging, and production activities to meet daily goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production and shipping targets.
• Cross-train in multiple areas, including warehouse, assembly, production, and specialty operations.
• Communicate effectively regarding inventory, production issues, and workflow needs.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and a strong work ethic every day.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of warehouse, production, manufacturing, shipping, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience loading/unloading materials and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate basic warehouse or production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and performing physical work throughout the shift.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Stable work history and commitment to long-term employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse management experience.
• Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Assembly line or production experience.
• Forklift or material handling experience.
• Interest in learning multiple functions within the operation.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on warehouse and production role in a clean, organized, safety-focused facility. You'll be active throughout your shift, working with inventory, materials, and products while collaborating with a supportive team. The facility is not climate-controlled, so candidates should be comfortable working in varying seasonal temperatures.
Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Lima, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.
