Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Pearl City, HI Position Summary Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and care instructions. You will wrap, label and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for take‑home. Be an Expert: Prepare food per item specifications, plan productions, adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, operate and sanitize equipment, and understand inventory management. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience, using handheld technology for production decisions and training. Be an Owner: Drive performance of the area, manage stock and rotation, ensure quality and date control, eliminate waste, guide peers, and provide customer focus. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to complete required trainings and assessments within a prescribed period after hire. Preferred Qualifications Food Service experience. Food Handler Certification (Food Safety). Benefits & Compensation Hourly wage range: $19.00 – $27.00 per hour.
