Dance Without Limits is seeking a part time Front Desk Receptionist available on weekday mornings at our Greenville, SC location .
Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-12:00pm This rapidly growing company serves dance students ages 18 months to 18 years in the Greenville, SC area. We offer an inclusive, non-competitive program providing quality dance training in a family-friendly atmosphere. At Dance Without Limits, we believe dance is for everyone, and that everyone, regardless of age, shape, size or ability can benefit from and deserves the chance to dance. We serve a very diverse population of dance students, including students with different abilities and special needs.
This position exists to provide an excellent customer service experience for our dance families. It will involve:
- Administrative tasks
- Customer service
- Welcoming students and families to our studio
- Answering the phone
- Back end of the office (JackRabbit dance studio software) - managing customers’ accounts, taking payments, registering students for classes, etc.
- Assisting with admin related to two major stage performances a year
- Studio upkeep and light cleaning
Applicant qualifications:
- Dance experience or adequate dance knowledge to answer questions related to a dance studio
- Knowledge of and ability to use Google Suite
- Excellent tech skills - Ability to learn Asana project management software, Slack, and Jackrabbit dance studio software
- Excellent communication skills - The ability to converse about dance with parents and convert prospects into students. The ability to be outgoing and proactive to build our student base through relationships.
