Finance Business Partner

Your Responsibilities Support and validation of monthly closing, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and master data processes Ownership of the operational business review process, including financial analysis, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting Preparation of financial insights, dashboards, and automated reports to support business decision-making Coordination and facilitation of the annual planning and forecasting processes Acting as the central finance contact for business stakeholders and cross-functional partners Delivery of data-driven analyses (e.g. Power BI) to support sales and marketing performance Collaboration with the Pricing team on pricing strategies and pricing governance Identification of business risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, including recommendation and tracking of improvement actions Support of mid- and long-term financial planning and business performance management Your qualification Professional experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Consulting Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, business analytics, and performance management Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into business insights Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken Strong business and financial acumen with a solution-oriented approach Collaborative working style with the ability to build trusted partnerships across functions High level of accountability, initiative, and confidence in working within complex organizations Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, driving transformation, and creating business impact Your benefits Regular training education and personal development Employee discounts for our products Managed medical care Regular vaccination (flue / encephalitis / hepatitis) Part support of the sport activities About Olympus At Olympus, we are committed to Our Purpose of making people’s lives healthier, safer and more fulfilling.
