- Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where accuracy matters?
- Can you set up a CNC laser, read a blueprint, and deliver parts that pass inspection the first time?
- Are you the person who keeps production flowing—safely, efficiently, and with pride?
- Own CNC laser setups and operation for scheduled jobs
- Translate 2D drawings and work orders into precise cuts
- Stage, load, and unload material; operate a forklift when needed
- Verify quality and dimensions using calipers and micrometers
- Troubleshoot and handle basic preventive maintenance
- Hit daily production goals while partnering with production and quality teams
- Proven experience operating CNC laser equipment (required)
- Amada platform experience preferred—but talent on any laser is welcome
- Blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
- Forklift experience is a plus
