Requirements

*** MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in specialty

***MUST HAVE 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience - travel experience will suffice.

***MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND

***AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
