DC Operations Lead: Build Teams & Drive Excellence

Sephora is seeking a DC leadership role at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. The candidate will supervise exempt and non-exempt staff, oversee safety, housekeeping, and operational plans aligned with company standards. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration are essential for driving productivity across our distribution center.
