Community Health Worker

The Community Health Worker helps individuals connect with community resources and outside agencies to address needs such as food assistance/SNAP benefits, housing assistance, transportation, healthcare, and other social services. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others. Only a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and we provide on-the-job training.
