As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor alarm and access control systems, and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSun12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology business location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business interior, exterior, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and reports of activities, incidents, and observations. Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership while supporting a welcoming and orderly environment. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
