ABOUT THE POSITION Growing dental practice with 3 locations and 1 dental lab is seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide traditional family dentistry, cosmetics, endodontics, extractions, implants, etc. to a mostly adult patient population in a highly affluent community in Salt Lake City. You need to have experience and skills in implants, endodontics, and extractions. Ideal candidate is a hard worker who is a good communicator with a growth mindset. Our Holladay office has 4 treatment rooms with up-to-date digital equipment. We accept only PPO insurance and Fee For Service. We have a very low turnover rate in all of our positions and are incredibly accommodating to our providers to make sure their workday runs smoothly. From a structural standpoint our company is unlike any other because we own and operate our own independent dental lab. While a few offices have hired on a technician or two to help control cost, no company has taken the approach we have where the lab operates independently from the office. In fact, the laboratory has production that rivals most of the offices within the group. Why this is an advantage; by having a laboratory that is market tested, rather than in house, it keeps quality at an incredibly high level. It also means the lab has the latest equipment, as is evident by the fact that our laboratory is fully digital from crown and bridge to removable. Within our laboratory, we have five mills, four 3D printers, and multiple scanning, design and finish stations. All of that raw production power is available to the provider free of charge with zero lab fee.
