Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Department: BT/RBT Employment Type: Full Time Location: San Antonio- Shavano Park Center Reporting To: Carie Compton Compensation: $17.50 - $20.50 / hour Description Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) Location: Shavano Park Center 4350 Lockhill Selma Rd, Suite 155, San Antonio, TX 78249 Hours of Operation: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Why Join Apara Autism Centers? What You’ll Do: Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Implement treatment plans from a BCBA. Track progress & support families. Requirements: High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred). Experience working with kids. Reliable transportation & driver’s license. Must be able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English to implement treatment plans, complete documentation, and communicate with caregiver and supervisors.
