Position Senior Structural Project Engineer Job Details Level: Experienced Location: Orlando, FL 32801 Position Type: Full Time Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Structural Project Engineer to join TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) in Orlando, FL. The Senior Structural Project Engineer is a leader in the department and will supervise staff’s day-to-day responsibilities, mentor staff in technical knowledge and career development, and manage projects from concept to completion. The role includes interfacing with clients, providing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule to achieve successful outcomes. Responsibilities Supervise staff day-to-day responsibilities and mentor staff in both technical knowledge and career development. Manage all sizes and types of projects from concept to completion of construction. Lead the project in all facets, interfacing with clients, overseeing technical excellence, and managing the project team and schedule. Coordinate with multiple disciplines and provide in-house coordination. Represent TLC at meetings and manage client relationships. Qualifications Minimum of 11 years of experience in the architectural engineering consulting environment. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). Expertise in structural discipline and knowledge of parallel disciplines. Knowledge of construction costs. Proven ability to manage clients and represent TLC at meetings. Experience managing sufficient revenue to lead a full design team.
