HyggeHus is a high-end residential design/build remodeling company serving the Twin Cities. We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations, and custom remodeling projects that require exceptional planning, communication, and attention to detail.

We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage the day-to-day scheduling and logistics that keep our projects running smoothly. This role is the operational hub of our construction team, coordinating subcontractors, field crews, vendors, material deliveries, and project schedules across multiple active jobs.

This is not an estimating position. Instead, we're looking for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and solving scheduling challenges before they become problems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules for approximately 4 or more active remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Schedule and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal field crews.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure products arrive on time.
• Maintain and update project schedules.
• Work closely with project managers, lead carpenters, designers, and homeowners to keep projects on track.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve issues.
• Track project milestones and deadlines.
• Ensure subcontractors and vendors have the information needed to perform their work efficiently.
• Maintain organized project documentation and records.
• Communicate schedule updates to clients and the internal team.
• Help keep projects progressing on time and within planned timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating residential construction or remodeling projects.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with subcontractors, suppliers, and homeowners.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license.

Highly Preferred

• Buildertrend experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes and sequencing.
• Experience working with subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to read construction schedules and understand project timelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$70,000 annually , depending on experience.
