About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our team full-time! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most critical stage of a child's early development. If you love caring for little ones and creating a safe, stimulating environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, and physical development
- Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
- Follow all state licensing regulations and childcare best practices
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Experience in childcare (Highly Preferred)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
