The John Nicolucci Agency is expanding and seeking a high-performing Licensed Insurance Account Representative who knows how to sell, close, and exceed goals. Were looking for competitive, results-driven professionals who love to win and want to take their career and income to the next level.

This is a fully remote opportunity with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and performance bonuses . We provide warm leads, strong leadership, and the systems you need to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

What Youll Do

• Drive new business through outbound calls, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

• Confidently present and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

• Convert warm leads into loyal clients while managing a robust sales pipeline.

• Overcome objections, negotiate effectively, and close with consistency.

• Build long-term relationships through follow-up and outstanding service.

What Youll Bring

• Active Property & Casualty license and proven insurance sales experience (required).
