Description: This position is for a registered nurse in a critical care unit. The role involves providing healthcare services to patients in a fast-paced environment. The facility is a 295-bed acute care facility. It provides healthcare services for an extensive service area. The hospital employs over 1,200 healthcare professionals. The medical staff includes more than 170 physicians representing various specialties. The patient ratio is 4:1 during the day shift and 5:1 during the night shift. Nurses may be required to float within a certain radius of the facility. Experience in cardiac care and neuro conditions is preferred. The work environment is collaborative and supportive. Dress code includes any color scrubs. No unacceptable attire is specified. This position may involve caring for diverse patient populations.
