Responsibilities Provide compassionate and skilled support to residents. Perform resident assessment, care, treatment, and evaluation. Collaborate with a team that values energy, compassion, creativity, and talents. Support flexible scheduling and work/life integration. Participate in coaching and growth opportunities. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (LPN) or (RN). Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in good standing with the Virginia State Board of Nursing. 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred. Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing or Assisted Living environment with the geriatric population is a plus. Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations. Excellent customer service skills.
