Position Summary

Join the Juice It Up! team in Herriman, Utah! We are hiring part-time Team Members to help prepare smoothies, raw juices, acai bowls, and other menu items  while providing excellent customer service, operating the register, and helping keep the store clean, stocked, and organized. This is a great role for someone who is energetic, dependable, enjoys working with people, and wants to be part of a positive, health-focused team. Flexible part-time shifts are available, and our store is closed every Sunday.

Location | Juice It Up! at Copper View Plaza (5101 West Miller Crossing Drive, Unit C, Herriman, UT 84096)

The Team Member helps guide each guest through the Juice It Up! experience before, during, and after their purchase. This includes greeting guests warmly, taking accurate orders, preparing high-quality products, answering menu questions, maintaining a clean store, and working as part of a positive and fast-moving team.

• Prepare smoothies, raw juices, acai bowls, and other food and beverage items according to Juice It Up! recipes, portion standards, and quality expectations.
• Greet every guest with a friendly attitude and help create a welcoming, upbeat store environment.
• Take guest orders accurately using the POS system and confirm order details before production.
• Handle cash, credit cards, gift cards, coupons, and loyalty/rewards transactions accurately.
• Prepare ingredients, wash and portion produce, restock supplies, and help keep the production line ready for busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store, including counters, equipment, blenders, juicers, prep areas, floors, tables, restrooms, windows, and outside areas.
• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep cups, lids, straws, spoons, napkins, merchandise, snacks, and other guest supplies stocked and organized.
• Learn the Juice It Up! menu and be able to answer guest questions about smoothies, juices, bowls, boosts, and product options.
• Work with urgency during peak periods while maintaining accuracy, quality, and a positive attitude.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning checklists, dishwashing, equipment cleaning, basic inventory, and other store tasks as assigned.
• Support a team-oriented environment by communicating clearly, helping coworkers, and following direction from managers and shift leads.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Willing to learn recipes, preparation standards, POS procedures, and food safety requirements.
• Must be able to stand and be on your feet for long periods of time/ duration your shift.
• Able to bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the shift.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Food service, cashier, smoothie, or quick-service restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Must be ready to work no later than September 15, 2026
