Territory Business Manager, Allergy - North/Central NJ

The Territory Business Manager, Allergy – North/Central New Jersey (reports to the District Business Manager) drives product awareness and utilization by developing relationships and partnering with physicians and healthcare office staff to achieve and exceed sales initiatives. Territory: North New Jersey and the Tri-State Area; candidate preferred to be located in territory. Responsibilities: Use business planning and local market knowledge to build sales and customer networks. Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals. Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals with clinically relevant information to exceed product goals while meeting legal/compliance requirements. Use market and reimbursement knowledge to prioritize opportunities. Apply direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand. Use critical thinking and strategic mindset to gain access to customers in a changing healthcare environment. Coordinate with field-based personnel to address customer needs. Deliver outstanding customer service via patient-focused clinical dialogue and total account management. Build relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and associated organizations. Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly. Required Education/Experience/Skills: 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience (preferred: dermatology, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales). Bachelor’s degree. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Sustained high performance and aptitude for learning. Strong customer service urgency. Ability to travel as required by territory.
