Senior Marketing Project Manager

Mr305 Records is seeking an experienced, highly organized Senior Marketing & Project Manager to lead marketing campaigns and oversee the day-to-day execution of projects across our artists, releases, content, digital platforms, partnerships. This is a hands-on senior role for someone who can think strategically but also knows how to get things done. The person will work directly with senior leadership and coordinate across internal teams, artists, managers, distributorS, agencies, creative teams, and outside partners. What You'll Own Develop and execute marketing strategies for singles, albums, artist campaigns, and special projects. Build and manage campaign timelines from announcement through release and post-release. Coordinate creative assets, social media, digital marketing, paid media, content, DSP initiatives, PR, partnerships, and promotions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines, deliverables, and approvals stay on track. Lead weekly campaign/project meetings and maintain clear action items, owners, and deadlines. Work closely with distribution and DSP partners including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon Music, TikTok, and others. Coordinate paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging platforms. Monitor campaign performance, audience growth, streaming, social engagement, conversions, and other KPIs. Identify opportunities to improve campaigns using data, technology, AI, automation, and new marketing platforms. Maintain strong communication between executives, artists, managers, creative teams, vendors, and partners. Create concise executive-level campaign updates and performance reports. Take ownership - identify problems early and drive them through resolution. Who We're Looking For 7+ years of marketing and/or project management experience, preferably in music, entertainment, media, sports, creator economy, or a fast-paced consumer brand. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, streaming platforms, content strategy, and paid media. Excellent project-management and organizational skills. Comfortable managing many moving pieces and multiple campaigns at once. Data-driven and comfortable analyzing campaign performance. Strong knowledge of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and emerging digital channels. Experience with project-management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Resourceful, proactive, accountable, and extremely detail-oriented. Comfortable working directly with senior executives and moving quickly in an entrepreneurial environment. Experience at a record label, artist-management company, music distributor, entertainment company, digital agency, major consumer brand, or creator-focused company. Knowledge of music release campaigns, DSP marketing, audience acquisition, CRM/fan databases, e-commerce, touring, merchandise, AI tools, and marketing automation is highly valued.
