Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

• ADN completion preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a New Jersey license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: RightSourcing Program - Atlantic Health.

Additional Details:

Preferred Credentials: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Associates or Bachelor’s Degree - Preferred

Unit Details: Surgical patient population. Individualizes patient care according to the procedure and type of anesthesia across the continuum of care. Performs pre-operative and postoperative assessment and education. Supports timely completion of patient testing and evaluates pre-admission testing orders for appropriateness and potential omissions based on proposed surgery, patient age, and current state of health.

Shift & Scheduling: No on-call.
