Qualifications:

• Valid NY State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license and TSSLD certification.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship (CFY) applicants welcome.
• Experience in school settings, working with K-12 populations preferred.
• Knowledge of IEP processes; willingness to learn district’s system (training provided).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language services to K-12 students across multiple school sites.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
• Participate in team meetings and administrative activities (paid indirect hours).
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress.
• Travel between assigned schools within the district as an itinerant therapist.
