We are hiring at Subway and we won't make you go through a long, corporate description. Here's what you need to know:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

You will make sandwiches, serve customers, keep the store clean, and work the cash register. That's it. It's not complicated, but it moves fast especially during rush hour. If you can stand, have a good attitude, and follow a recipe, you'll do well here. We train you in everything. You don't need to know how to make a sandwich on the first day. All you need is to come with a willingness to learn.

We're not a faceless corporation. Your managers know you by name, and if you want to grow, there's a real path we've promoted team members to store managers and district supervisors. If the store you apply to is already full, we'll let you know about openings in nearby stores. You don't need to speak perfect English.
