Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Animal Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of quality assurance or food safety experience in a food processing or meat industry environment Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, SSOPs, and food safety regulatory standards (e.g., USDA-FSIS) Experience leading quality systems, internal audits, corrective actions, and documentation practices Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills Proficient with standard office software (Word, Excel, reporting tools) Ability to work in a fast‑paced, regulated production environment and interface with internal teams and inspectors Why Join Us Competitive pay package.
