EPC Contracts Manager

Job Description This person will support project teams by ensuring contracts and corporation agreements are executed in alignment with the companies' interests while protecting contractual rights and maintaining compliance. This role drives consistent contract management practices across projects, monitors obligations and risk exposure, identifies claims, liquidated damages, and commercial opportunities, and serves as the primary advisor on contract strategy and claims management.
