IT Advanced Analytics Developer Associate

Major Responsibilities:Builds and maintains reports, dashboards, and other self-service solutions that clearly present data to stakeholders; applies development best practices through partnership with senior teammates Validates accuracy and integrity of datasets and datamarts used for analyses and interactive solutions Analyzes datasets to identify trends and outcomes of healthcare programs and interventions, with oversight from subject matter experts Translates business needs into meaningful metrics, reports, and visualization tools Adheres to data stewardship guidelines, regulations, and department standards for reporting and handling sensitive data Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:​​Epic Cogito Fundamentals accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days Epic Caboodle Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days Epic Clarity Data Model accreditation or certification, obtained within 180 days Education Required:​​Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, data science, finance, business analytics, health informatics, or related field.
