Job Summary Physical Therapy Aide – a valued member of our clinic team in New York. Responsible for maintaining equipment and clinic safety, supporting front‑office operations, and providing excellent patient and family communication. Responsibilities Ensure equipment and clinic spaces remain clean, safe, and ready for patient care. Assist front‑office staff with answering phones, collecting copays, and checking in patients. Communicate with patients and family members regarding appointments and care instructions. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bedside manner, and customer‑service orientation. Strong time‑management and multitasking abilities. Experience in patient care or customer service; self‑motivated and eager to exceed expectations. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
