Accurately chart history and care plan in electronic medical record (EMR), closing encounters within the time guidelines set forth by Self Medical Group and Self Regional Healthcare Administration. Completing all EMR generated tasks and assisting care team in achieving Meaningful Use measures. Performs all other assigned duties per SMG Physicians, Practice Manager, and Self Medical Group Administration.
