Job Responsibilities:

As an Electrician, you will:

Maintain Electrical Systems – Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on
electrical systems, motors, switches, distribution equipment, and other
building infrastructure.

Keep Facilities Running – Perform
preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, control
systems, commercial kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems throughout
Cedar Community.

Troubleshoot & Repair – Diagnose equipment and building system issues, complete work orders, maintain
service records, and order replacement parts to ensure reliable facility
operations.

Support Facility Improvements – Assist with remodeling projects, equipment installations,
renovations, and research for new building systems and facility upgrades.

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or
equivalent required.

? Mechanical, electrical,
trade school education, or equivalent experience preferred.

? Strong knowledge of
electrical systems, building maintenance, HVAC, and preventive maintenance
practices.

? Ability to troubleshoot
and diagnose building systems and equipment.

? Valid Wisconsin driver's
license required.

? Knowledge of National
Electrical Code and applicable federal, state, and local regulations preferred.
