Proficiency in dental practice management software Dentrix

Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow in the dental office.

Manage scheduling and appointment bookings and insurance using Dentrix software.

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address inquiries professionally.

Expertise in patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing/accounts receivable, and dental coding.

Maintain organized filing systems and manage front desk responsibilities.

Successfully handling dental insurance from verification to appeal requires a proactive, systematic approach focused on accuracy,

Improving practice efficiency, managing technology, and implementing marketing initiatives to attract patients

Our practice hours are as follows: -

Mondays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Tuesdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Wednesdays: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Thursdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - Every other Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM Wages and benefits are based on experience and waiting period. We look forward to hearing from you!
