Job DescriptionThe person in this role leads large, complex programs that span multiple teams and functions. They work at the enterprise level and often report progress directly to senior leaders.The role is hands-on. It is not just coordination. The person is expected to dig into technical details, guide decisions, and remove blockers so teams can move fast.What you'll doOwn end-to-end delivery for large, cross-functional technical programsPartner with engineering, product, and business leaders to set program strategy and roadmapsLead teams through the full project lifecycle: planning, build, testing, launch, and supportInfluence senior leaders and drive decisions, even without direct authority over the teams involvedSpot and manage risk across programs before it becomes a problemUse data and metrics to guide decisions and report progress to leadershipMentor other TPMs and program managersDrive process improvements across program governance and deliveryWhat you need10+ years of experience in technical program management or a closely related fieldA strong record of leading complex, multi-team programs from start to finishExperience influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across teams with different prioritiesStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiencesComfort with ambiguity and fast-changing prioritiesA technical background strong enough to engage in architecture and design discussionsNice to haveExperience in retail, e-commerce, or a similarly fast-paced industryExperience with agile delivery methods and toolsA background in the specific technical domain of the team (for example: platform, data, supply chain, or customer experience)Pay Range DetailsThe pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws.
