Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner (NP)

We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for inpatients in a hospital setting, focusing on orthopedic trauma cases. Key Responsibilities Include Managing orthopedic trauma surgeries, fracture reductions, washouts, trauma consults, post-operative visits, ED support, rounding, and assisting in the operating room Providing hospital coverage with an average of 20 patients per day Performing hospital-based duties without clinic work Qualifications And Skills Active South Carolina Physician Assistant license, DEA registration, and CDS license Certifications in ACLS or ATLS (at least one required) Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, specifically eClinicalWorks This role involves weekday shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with credentialing dependent on approval cycles.
