About this role

Looking for experienced concrete carpenters in the Cincinnati, OH area to build, assemble, and finish concrete formwork for commercial and government projects. You'll work on-site with a crew to lay out forms, read drawings, and ensure accurate, solid form systems for concrete pours. This is a per diem position open to workers willing to relocate. Candidates must be practical, safety-minded, and fluent in English and Spanish. Travel and multi-day project assignments are possible depending on job location.

What you'll do

• Build, set up and strip concrete forms for walls, footings, slabs, and columns
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and as-built notes
• Perform site layout, measuring and cutting to ensure accurate form alignment
• Collaborate with crew members and concrete crews during placement and topping
• Inspect and maintain forms and form hardware to ensure quality and safety

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with concrete formwork carpentry and general concrete work
• Skilled in drawing reading/interpretation, site layout, and measuring/cutting
• Experience with general framing carpentry and commercial/civil construction
• Able to work in crews on active job sites and follow site-specific safety rules
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both required)

Qualifications

• English and Spanish fluency (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel and relocate for assignments
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Proven track record in concrete formwork and on-site crew experience
