Daily Census: 16 Rooms/Beds: 21 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: 8 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule period - combination of F/S/S Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, NIH Skills REQ: Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), Medical Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Central Venous Pressure Monitoring (CVP), Epicardial Pacing Wire Care and Management, Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Sheath Removal, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Valve Repair/Replacement, IV insulin protocols, Liver failure, Acute Kidney Injury, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Intake and Output monitoring, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Shunts/Fistula Care, Urine output assessment, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, BiPAP/CPAP management, Care of Ventilated Patient, Fresh tracheostomy, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Pulmonary edema, Respiratory failure, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Activated Clotting Time (ACT), Fibrinogen, Infection Prevention, INR, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Management of high-output drains, PT/PTT, Recognition of infection in immunosuppressed patients Is on-call REQ?
