The agency values technical excellence, creativity, and reliable service in every engagement. Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Moncks Corner, SC. This role oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing and production projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope, managing resources, tracking progress, and communicating with internal teams and clients. The Project Manager will coordinate logistics for videography, photography, live sound, and streaming projects, as well as studio usage schedules. The role includes monitoring project risks, resolving issues, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous improvement in workflows and client satisfaction. Qualifications Project coordination skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of project tasks and materials. Knowledge of Logistics Management to organize equipment, schedules, and resources for on-site and studio-based projects. Inspection skills to review project deliverables, verify technical quality, and ensure adherence to client requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with clear written and verbal skills. Proven organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines. Comfort working in a creative and technical environment; prior experience in marketing, media production, or related fields is beneficial. Proficiency with basic project management tools and software; familiarity with collaborative platforms is a plus.
